"Did I ever tell you what a great friend you are?" The fox said with a toothy smile. The scraggly mess of fur that was his pelt was colored grey with a light yellow underbelly, an underbelly which was surprisingly fleshed for a lone wanderer.
His long and fluffy tail dragged against the ground as he began to pace back and forth, collecting leaves in his fur as it did. "It's true! You are a...a wise companion. More than that! A true friend! You have never led me astray. You are always there for me. Oh and your qualities! Where DO I begin?"

The fox looked up, his eyes growing large and dialated. He even cupped his paws together in front of his muzzle, giving himself a look of a truely pathetic creature.

Anything else?:
I like to run ballenced characters, usually snarky characters who are not always good at what they do.
My characters also change as time goes on. They gain scars, they get injurred, they grow fatter or grow skinnier, they also mature as they grow further into adulthood.
I like to give villains good reasons for being evil, and I like to toss the occasional twist into a story.
