Starting RPs Empty

Once your character has been approved, you may start your own RP or join an existing open RP.  When creating your own RP, the title should read either:

Open: And Then the Title

or

Closed: And Then the Title

Open RPs can be joined by anyone, closed RPs are only for the specific individuals who have discussed and decided to begin their own closed RP, or those whom they invite.
